100 Club

The 100 Club is a 10-week attendance improvement programme designed to support students in building positive attendance habits. It aims to help students achieve 100% attendance, ensuring they maximise their learning and reach their full potential.

How It Works:

  • 100 students are selected based on attendance concerns and are enrolled in the programme.
  • Each student is assigned a dedicated mentor who provides weekly check-ins, encouragement, and support.
  • Reward points are earned for every full week of attendance, which can be exchanged for prizes from a menu of rewards.
  • Students and families are invited to an end-of-programme celebration to recognise their achievement.
  • Regular communication with parents and carers ensures a collaborative approach to improving attendance.

At Regent High School, every day counts. The 100 Club is a positive and supportive initiative that helps students stay engaged, develop resilience, and establish routines that will benefit them beyond school.
